WARNING: Cave is liable to severe flooding

A 6m fixed ladder descends to a series of crawls, squeezes and strenuous tight rift passages - where passages such as "the Stopper", "Struggles 1 & 2" have been given meaningful names. Towards the end of the cave a fixed ladder (dubious condition - handle with caution) climbs 12m where a fixed rope (unknown state) gives access to a low tight crawl ending in a bdding plane. The lower passage continues with awkward moves past jammed blocks to a final traverse and the end of the rift and narrow crawls and a small stream.

Alternate Names: Crab Cave

Hydrographic Resurgences: Black Well
