An intermittent swallet. A fixed ladder leads down to a platform where bedding digs lead off. Beyond this point the shaft continues as a scaffolded and shored shaft until the current floor of the shaft is met.

Notes: Current GSS dig which was once 4m deeper until flooding infilled it in the 1990s.
